• Five years of currently valued company loss runs
• Underlying Primary Auto Quote
• Schedule of all owned/leased autos, including radius of operation:
  • Vehicle year, make, model and VIN
  • Address of garaging locations for each vehicle
  • Historical vehicle counts for the past five years
