Coverage provided by AM Best rated ‘A-’ (Excellent) carriers, Financial Size Category XI.

The facility entertains project-based and annual CGL and Excess Liability for the following infrastructure construction exposures:

  • Electric power and distribution
  • Solar and wind turbine erection
  • Road and bridges
  • Tunnels
  • Rail
  • Telecom and broadband
  • Airports, particularly terminal work
  • Pipelines
  • Coastal and inland ports
  • Locks, levees, and dams
  • Water treatment plants
  • Waterline projects
  • Government infrastructure

Limits Available:

  • Up to $2M/$4M/$4M Primary CGL
  • Up to $15M in Excess limit


Excess Limit Structure:

  • Unsupported Excess in a lead or Excess position
  • Primary and supported Excess with minimum $10M ventilation


Minimum Premium:

  • $50,000 Policy Minimum

  • Completed Applied Specialty Underwriters supplement application or equivalent application
  • Project site map
  • Detailed construction budget
  • Construction timeline
  • General contractor’s site-specific safety plan
  • Loss history appropriate to risk
